What's included in the Free Regalia Packages?
We supply one gown, one hood, and one trencher. Any additional hood or stole may require an additional fee of $20 each.
Is the booking fee refundable?
Due to high demand during the graduation season, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 is charged to secure your booking. You can adjust the booking time with a minimum 24-hour notice, and there is no limit to the number of time changes allowed.
Do you offer casual Regalia hiring?
Among all our Free Regalia Packages, the included 4-day hire is exclusively for the graduation ceremony and use during photography sessions at Colour City Studio. Casual hire is not part of these packages.
Can I purchase all digital copies?
Digital copies are available for purchase after your session, offering you the flexibility to choose the images you desire. Contact us for pricing details, or refer to our store for a price list.
Can I be sure the regalia for my school and major is available in your Free Regalia Packages?
Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of regalia for your specific school and major. We recommend verifying with our service team, and availability is subject to stock availability
What are the different levels of retouching services you offer, and what does each include?
Basic retouching service includes background clean, basic skin retouching, lighting adjustment. Fully retouching service includes basic retouching plus a pimple, wrinkle, sliming adjustment required. Special retouching service includes hair colour, skin tone, and another detailed retouching, an extra fee might apply
